What does good to outstanding learning look like?

This course enables the school to analyse current classroom practise in order to improve learning. The focus will be classroom based observations with the school’s senior leadership team to develop their skill in observation and feedback.


  1. To develop classroom practice towards outstanding learning.
  2. To develop teacher’s ability to ask “ learning “ questions.
  3. To enable teachers to plan skills based learning outcomes.

Duration:  1 day

Min/max numbers:  Up to 4

Location:  School

Other:  Consultant to work with one senior leader at a time within the classroom and then collectively in small groups of 3 or 4.
